  
Aluminum Stall Doors & Grill Units The Same Appearance for Years! Strong and attractive anodized (hard protective coating) aluminum stalls provide the ultimate in luxury, style, and corrosion prevention. NO-WELD CONSTRUCTION!
The 4 ft. wide sections feature 1 inch diameter tubes inserted on 4 inch centers (3" opening).
The 29 inch tube height allows for 10 each 2 x 6 boards below the grill work. The top and bottom grill channels are designed to fit over standard 2 inch (1 1/2 inch thick) construction lumber. The door frame uses the same grill, but also includes two vertical side channels that attach to ten lower boards and one board above the grill.
When assembled, the door unit becomes very sturdy.
A sliding door kit is also available.
The kit includes an 8' galvanized track, two hangers with nylon rollers, complete door latch assembly, and a bottom stay roller.

Using the 4 ft. sections, any size stalls can be built (8 ft.,10 ft., 12 ft).
Also, odd sizes can easily be cut with a standard hacksaw.
Example: a 12 ft. stall front would require 2 each 4 ft. sections
and 1 each 4 x 7 door frame.
Removable side stall walls can be made using our 7 ft. long wall
channel designed to accept standard 2 inch lumber
(1 1/2 inch thick). Great For Foaling Stalls.

Same as 12 ft. except hack saw 1 ea CM 22 to 2 ft.
3. Side Wall Partitions
2 ea CM 24 Wall Channels for each partition.
Use CM 22 for ventilated partitions.
(Use 3 Units for 12' Wall).
Note:
All channels are designed to accept standard 2" lumber
(1 1/2" thick). NO LUMBER IS INCLUDED.
